Return Policies
- GreenTech Heat Solutions accepts returns of unopened equipment in new condition within 14 days of invoice.
- All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- GreenTech Heat Solutions reserves the right to refuse credits on returns that are not in compliance with our return policy or for equipment that may have been damaged or contaminated during return shipping.
- All returns REQUIRE a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. A GreenTech Heat Solutions representative will contact the customer to arrange return shipping at the customer’s expense. Any items received by GreenTech Heat Solutions where the customer does not pay for return shipping will be considered abandoned by the customer. All abandoned items will be disposed of at the sole discretion of GreenTech Heat Solution after 30 days of first notice of abandonment.
- Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition when received by GreenTech Heat Solutions in order to receive a refund of equipment purchase price, minus the restocking fee. Any returns received with any damaged or missing parts cannot be accepted.
- All Returns can be subject to a $250.00 K-9 Bed Bug Inspection to ensure the returned items are bed bug free.
- Items returned are at the customer’s expense. GreenTech Heat Solutions strongly suggests customers insure the return shipment against damage in transit.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. This includes shipping fees described in the “Included Shipping” and/or “Free Shipping” Promotional Offers section.
- Refund is calculated on the equipment purchase price less shipping, handling, taxes, and restocking fees.
