Terms and Conditions of Sales

• Unless otherwise specified, all product sold by GreenTech Heat Solutions is sold as “new” and is sold with warranty coverage as specified in the Warranty section of this document.
• GreenTech Heat Solutions provides comprehensive training for all heat equipment we design and sell.
• GreenTech Heat Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by equipment used in a manner outside of that prescribed by GreenTech Heat Solutions in accompanying documentation, training programs, and/or free training videos as presented on the GreenTech Heat Solutions website.
• In no event shall GreenTech Heat Solutions, in connection with the sale, operation, repair or replacement of any GreenTech Heat Solutions device, products, or part(s) thereof be liable under any legal theory for any special, indirect or consequential damages including without limitation water damage, lost profits, delay, or loss of use or damage to any real or personal property.
• GreenTech Heat Solutions does not require a minimum order.
• GreenTech Heat Solutions accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and PayPal.
• Backorders and items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as the product is available.
• Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at the current price on the day of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Quotes are valid until the end of the business day noted under “Quote Expires” Pacific Standard Time.
• Please report shortages, overages, errors, incorrect or defective merchandise to GreenTech Heat Solutions within two business days of receipt of shipment.
• GreenTech Heat Solutions will send replacement product for damaged or defective products and issue a return shipping label for the return of the damaged/defective products. Please pack return items carefully to avoid additional damage in shipping.
• Items shown with “Free shipping” or “Included shipping" are offered as such for delivery to addresses in the contiguous US. Shipping costs will be billed by separate invoice for any shipments delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other address outside of the contiguous US. Customers ordering items for delivery to addresses outside of the contiguous US agree to pay the additional shipping fees.
